Let imaginations run wild

Let the little ones build their own play experience on Wednesdays at Camana Bay when the Imagination Playground is open.

It’s a new experience in which children can unleash their imagination and creativity in a safe and controlled environment.

The Imagination Playground is a new concept in child’s play where children can move the components around to create their own playground. With foam blocks, mats, wagons, fabric and crates to arrange and play in and around, this kind of experience encourages creativity and exploration.

There is no end to the different ways in which youngsters can build and play.

Conceived and designed by David Rockwell, the portable kit prompts the kind of unstructured, child-directed “free play” that experts say is critical to a child’s intellectual, social, physical and emotional development.

Children may create their own stories and space, they may build or they can tear down, all outdoors in the pleasant, shady surroundings of Gardenia Court.

The Imagination Playground is open every Wednesday from 8am to 3pm and is free for all to enjoy.
