Royal Cayman Islands Police made an arrest Friday in connection with a burglary at a George Town waterfront eatery.
Police said they received a call around 9am Friday reporting that La Dolce Vita restaurant on North Church Street had been burgled.
According to police, a golf club, a sporting bike, some alcohol and an unknown quantity of cash was taken. It was believed the break-in occurred sometime during the overnight period.
One person was arrested in connection with the break-in, police said.
