Home Gas heats up

The reigning dynasty in co-ed softball is enjoying a fast start.

Home Gas, the 10-time champions, head into week seven of the Fall Adult Co-Ed Softball League, put on by the Cayman Islands Little League, atop division one.

Peter Whittaker and company will be in action on Tuesday, 4 September, at the Field of Dreams in George Town. Home Gas battle Doug Harrell and division rivals KPMG A at 8.15pm on field four. Tuesday also sees the Security Centre Safes facing Dart at 8.15pm on field three.

Home Gas will be keen to see how their other division rivals do. Rhino Rebar have an inter-league contest against the Club House Crabbies on Monday, 3 September, at 8pm on field four. Island Taste Hot Stuff battle the A.L. Thompson’s Hammers on Wednesday, 5 September, at 8pm on field four.

The other division leaders are also in action this week. Rob Harris and PWC B, the division three frontrunners, battle the Master Batters in an inter-league contest on Wednesday at 8pm on field three.

G-Force, who top division four, have their own inter-league battle with Subway on Thursday, 6 September, at 8pm on field four. Division two leader the Coors Light Chuggers played the Safes on Sunday.
