And it’s equally silly to be alive and have no fun, which is why we do.
Put those two epithets together and what do we get? As Dave Hester might say, Yuuuuuup, it’s the Splash Boat Party, happening on Saturday, 8 September in the company of those crazy gonks at Crystal Entertainment.
The boat leaves at 3pm sharp from South Terminal in George Town and features not one, not two, not three, not four, not five but six DJs of mad skillz taking to the water with their house moves.
On the decks
DJ Lester kicks it off from 3pm; DJ Kylo Zacky takes over at 3.45pm; Mix Master DJ does his thing at 4.30pm; DJ Skrelick gets on the decks from 5.15pm and DJ Glenroy hammers it from 6.15pm. There’s also DJ Odalis and a surprise from DJ Alexi.
Tickets, we’re told, are $15 with one free drink. The music cruise heads down Seven Mile Beach toward the Royal Palms area and following the water-based shenanigans there’s an afterparty at Royal Palms Pool Bar until midnight.
