Attorney Nick Joseph has joined law firm HSM Chambers.
A former partner of Appleby Cayman, Mr. Joseph began leading the HSM Business Establishment, Employment and Immigration practices effective 1 March.
Mr. Joseph, a leading expert on immigration and employment matters, is also an accomplished litigator and accredited mediator with more than 15 years’ experience. He advises on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, as well as Cayman business and regulatory matters.
Mr. Joseph serves on several government boards and is a member of the Financial Services Sub-Committee on Immigration and the Caymanian Bar Association. He lectures at both the University College of the Cayman Islands and the Truman Bodden Law School, as well as provides training to immigration officers on relevant aspects of the Immigration Law.

He will join Huw Moses and Derek Jones in leading HSM Cayman.
