Consider waste management sites in each district

Maybe the time is now where each district has its own waste management location — call it a dump if that’s your preferred wording — to make recycling and transporting of garbage easier and cost less.

Dart can cap the present site and work on a new George Town site. The Department of Environmental Health can oversee and operate all five district sites (or three, as Bodden Town/North Side/East End could be considered as one district).

Today’s waste management sites are environmentally friendly and not like our present George Town dump. We have to act ASAP. We are destroying the North Sound. The groundwater is contaminated. We are not sure how much of the serious illness in Cayman is caused from the toxic waste.
