A 42-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday at the scene of a burglary at a residence on Andy Drive in Windsor Park, George Town.
Officers found the woman while responding to a report of a burglary in progress at the home at about 2:20 p.m., according to a Royal Cayman Islands Police Service press release.
The statement said entry to the home had been through a window, but did not specify whether the woman was in the residence when police made the arrest.
The woman remained in police custody Wednesday afternoon.
