The Cayman Islands Flag Football Association hosts their Invitational I-Cup Tournament this weekend.
In addition to a mix of local teams, the association will welcome a team from the Bahamas.
Games are on Saturday and Sunday, at the Ed Bush field starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday and noon on Sunday.
The Cayman national team traveled to Nassau to compete in the Bahamas Invitational Tournament, which they went 2-2 in.
“We are excited to welcome the Bahamas team down to Cayman,” said Maggie Ebanks, president of the flag association.
“It’s been a while since they have been here, but we both share a want of supporting and growing the sport in each of our home countries and this year we feel that we have gotten back on track in doing that.”
She added, “To see if Bahamas will be successful in taking the trophy home or if it will remain in Cayman, come out to the games this weekend to see. We promise a fun and a competitive environment.”
