Halloween is one of the favorite times of year for both children and adults. One simply has to look at all the films and programs dedicated to the subject to understand the age range to which it appeals. Everything from the Great Pumpkin and Charlie Brown to an extreme number of Michael Myers movies and other horror flicks, indicates that Halloween is alive and well in the 21st century.

Although there are some ticketed activities, there are also lots of freebies to enjoy.

As Cayman’s neighborhoods are not laid out in the grid system of the U.S., there are pockets of residences throughout the island to which wee monsters seem to gravitate every year, with their “mummies” in tow.

Camana Bay has become a very popular ground zero around Halloween, with events starting on Oct. 22 and running throughout the week leading up to Oct. 31. Although there are some ticketed activities, there are also lots of freebies to enjoy. The decorations in the Town Centre alone are well worth the visit.
