On Wednesday, day two at the FINA World Championships (25m) in Windsor, Ontario, Lauren Hew and Alison Jackson competed in the 100m Freestyle.

Both swam new personal best times and both set new Cayman Islands Amateur Swimming Association and Cayman Islands national records.

Jackson was in the Girls 13-14 age group, where she lowered her own record. Hew was in the Girls Senior category.
