Emergency services dispatched to the scene of a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a car on Shamrock Road near Soto Lane around 5:20 p.m. Sunday.
The rider was transported to Cayman Islands Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The road was totally blocked following the collision. Motorists were advised to use the East-West arterial bypass.
