Harneys Cayman advises Banco do Brasil S.A. on the issuance of the Series No. 3 Tranche under the bank’s US$20 billion Euro Medium Term Note Program. It is the first issuance by Banco do Brasil in the international capital markets in 2018.
Harneys also represented Banco do Brasil in connection with its tender offer for up to US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 8.5 percent perpetual notes and up to US$100 million aggregate principal amount of the 9.25 percent perpetual notes, which in both cases exceeded the applicable tender cap.
