Amateur Golf tournament coming to Cayman

Cayman will be hosting the 62nd Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships (CAGC) – the Caribbean Golf Association’s flagship four day tournament – from July 31 to Aug. 3 at North Sound Golf Club.

The event will be attracting around 80 of the best male and female amateur golfers from the region, with teams arriving from Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Bahamas, Jamaica and USVI.

Cayman is looking to improve on its 3rd place finish from last year.

Representing Cayman will be ladies Emily Ribbins, Nitti Howe, Holly Mclean and Isabel Mendes, and men Payten Wight, Aaron Jarvis, Brian Ross, Michael Wight, Justin Hastings and Andrew Jarvis.
