October marks an exciting time on Cayman’s event scene with Restaurant Month 2018.
Now in its sixth year, the Cayman Islands Tourism Association’s Restaurant Month has grown to be a much-anticipated annual promotion.
This time, CITA’s Restaurant Month festivities have an added bonus: The organization has joined forces with Celebrate Cayman in order to partake in the 60th anniversary celebration of Cayman’s Coat of Arms. Through this fun collaboration, patrons will have the opportunity to learn about Cayman’s rich culture and heritage while also embarking on a colorful culinary journey.
Some of the participants’ favorite parts of the Restaurant Month promotion are the exciting gift certificate giveaways and social media contests. For this year’s giveaway contest, CITA will be posing questions regarding Cayman’s culture and history. Those with the correct answers will have a chance to win a gift certificate to one of the 2018 participating restaurants.
For a chance to win, people are asked to stay tuned to the delectable details posted online and to “like” and “share” related posts on the Cayman Islands Tourism Association Facebook page and CITA’s Cayman Culinary Facebook page.
With its wide variety of delicious three-course dining options and prix fixe menus, Cayman’s only month-long culinary event appeals to locals and visitors of all ages. Restaurant Month runs through Oct. 1-31 and promises to provide a mouth-watering experience for everyone. With lunches starting at $15 and dinners starting at $25, there is a meal to suit all pocketbooks.
