Residents of Cayman Brac can visit the Aston Rutty Centre Flu Clinic Monday to Friday from 9am-12pm.

Quantitative PCR (qPCR) lab testing is still available daily at the DH main campus. Results are provided by email within 24 to 48 hours. Please note, if you require test results for outbound travel, testing must take place in a morning slot 48 hours prior to your departure.

Health City
Health City Cayman Islands also offers COVID-19 PCR testing at its Camana Bay clinic and East End hospital. Testing will be available at Health City at Camana Bay Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am-7:00 pm, and in East End Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm. Test results will be available within 24 hours. PCR testing is provided free of charge.
Health City at Camana Bay is located at 10 Market Street in the location previously occupied by Picture This. When visiting the hospital in East End, people are asked to use the main entrance at the front.

You might be able to get on the island and use 12 hours(depending where you are staying) traveling for tests and not be able to leave as scheduled because of not being able to satisfy the US testing timeframe.
