A man suffered a headwound while at the Denzel Bar on Mary Street in George Town on Sunday night, and police are calling on customers who were there at the time to come forward with information.
The incident happened just after 9:45pm, police said.
Police and other emergency services, responded to a report of wounding, went to Mary Street where they found the injured man lying on the ground.
He was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
He suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was later discharged.
Police did not release information on the circumstances surrounding the incident and how the man was wounded.
