Two men remain hospitalised in serious condition on Friday after stabbing each other in a violent fight on Hirst Road.
Police have appealed for witnesses who may have seen the altercation, which took place early Friday morning, to come forward.
In a statement, police said shortly after 2am officers responded to a report of a stabbing on Hirst Road, in the vicinity of Butterfly Circle.
It was reported that two men at that location were involved in an altercation with each other and both had received multiple stab wounds.
Officers located one of the men at the scene.
Emergency services transported the wounded man to hospital for treatment.
Shortly after, the second man was located and was also transported to hospital for treatment.
Both men remain in hospital.
The matter is currently under investigation.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have been on Hirst Road at about 2am, or earlier, on Friday morning and who may have seen either of the two men, or anyone who has any information about the incident, to contact Bodden Town CID at 947-2220.
