A 49-year-old man from Bodden Town appeared in court on Friday, charged with three counts of possession of a controlled drug, with intent to supply.
According to a police press release, officers found “several packages of suspected cocaine, along with suspected ganja, drug paraphernalia, and a quantity of cash”, after carrying out a search at a location in North Sound Estates, under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
A 36-year-old, also from Bodden Town, was also arrested on suspicion of drug offences and has been bailed while police investigations continue.
The 49-year-old was remanded until Tuesday.
