Two men were taken to the Cayman Islands Hospital with gunshot wounds after a late-night shooting Friday outside a West Bay Road bar.
A spokesperson for the 911 dispatch center told the Cayman Compass the incident occurred at approximately 10:55pm in the parking lot of Trafalgar Place on West Bay Road.
Disturbing footage of one of the male victims lying on the ground bleeding began to circulate on social media within minutes of the shooting.
A witness told the Compass at least one of the victims was taken to hospital by private car.
As of 11am Saturday police had not sent out any details on the condition of the men.
911 confirmed that both police and EMS were dispatched to the scene.
The cause of the dispute is unknown.
