Police have arrested a suspect after two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed a customer at Scotiabank on Crewe Road near Grand Harbour this morning, Friday, 16 June.

Police said the robbers entered the bank at 11:10am and demanded money.
They approached a customer at the ATM, and then made off from the location in the direction of South Sound with a “quantity of cash”.
The men were described as tall and slim, but one taller than the other. They were both of dark complexion and were wearing construction-type clothing, the RCIPS said.
Police later arrested one man, who is currently in custody.
Officers remained at the scene of the robbery Friday afternoon. Police said they were continuing to carry out searches for anyone else involved.
The bank posted a sign on its front door informing customers the branch was temporarily closed because it “has just been involved in a robbery/emergency situation”.
The robbery is the latest in a spate of armed hold-ups that have been occurring on Grand Cayman.
