Police are looking for man who robbed staff at gunpoint at a George Town restaurant in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The incident happened shortly before 2am, police said.
No shots were fired and no one was injured during the incident.
It was the second armed robbery on the weekend.
On Saturday morning, two people reported being robbed at a residence on Anthony Drive in George Town around 12:30am, after they had just arrived in their car at the location. Two masked men, one brandishing a firearm, approached them and forced them to enter the residence and demanded cash, police said.
The men then fled the location in a small, light-coloured vehicle with cash and personal items, according to the RCIPS.
In Sunday’s robbery, police said a lone masked gunman entered the Shedden Road restaurant, which is located just east of North Sound Road.
He demanded cash from the workers, before escaping on foot with a quantity of cash from the register.
Police described the suspect as being of dark complexion, about 5 feet, 5 inches in height, and wearing a hooded top and light-coloured pants.
