Health enthusiasts are spoilt for choice when it comes to gyms, fitness and wellness hubs in Cayman.

Well-established facilities have been offering their services to loyal customers for decades, while newer start-ups offer fresh faces, services and locations to health and fitness aficionados.

Check out some of these fitness and wellness offerings in 2024, some brand new, and others which have popped up within the last five years:

KARV GYM
Park Place, Earth Close

Karv Gym

Relatively new on Cayman’s fitness scene, Karv offers 24/7 access to its gym, as well as an infrared sauna, Evolt body composition scanner, a team of personal trainers, and an exclusive partnership with Ageless Body to provide Endospheres treatment.

Karv was started by two lawyers who understood how difficult it can be to balance personal wellness with professional obligations. As such, the facility offers great corporate programmes to encourage healthier teams.
