Firefighters and police were on the scene of a house fire on Denham Thompson Way in George Town on Monday evening.
The fire was reported around 6:20pm on Monday, according to 911 officials.
The fire was reportedly seen in one of the bedrooms of the George Town home.
Witnesses near the scene believed the fire had been brought under control.
Initial reports from 911 indicated there were no injuries from the fire. However, details were still coming in.

Part of Denham Thompson Way had been cordoned off as a result of the fire.
