Royal Cayman Islands Police Service officers and emergency service units attended an apartment at Coral Bay Village, Shamrock Road, on Thursday afternoon, where the body of a male was found.
Police were called to the scene around noon.
A statement from Chief Inspector Brad Ebanks said circumstances surrounding the death were unknown at the time.
