Campbells and Campbell Corporate Services Ltd, has announced that William Chisholm has joined as its managing director.
Mr. Chisholm received his B.Sc. in accounting in 1982 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers in 1984.
He has extensive experience in the Cayman Islands financial industry and is accustomed to dealing with high net worth trust, corporate and mutual fund clients.
Prior to joining Campbell Corporate Services Ltd, Mr. Chisholm set up and managed a Cayman Islands mutual fund administration company providing full accounting and shareholder services.
His role also involved, implementing policies, procedures, systems and controls, launching 23 funds including equity funds, bond funds, fund of funds, and hedge funds, managing $800 million in assets and merging and liquidating various fund structures.
He is also fluent in Spanish.
Senior partner John Broadbent said that Mr. Chisholm’s appointment will help strengthen Campbells’ expanding and well respected investment funds practice.
‘Investments funds continue to be a real growth area for the Cayman Islands and for our firm. We have no plans to become engaged in the provision of fund administration services but William’s presence will enhance the services that Campbell Corporate Services Ltd provides to our investment funds clients,’ said Mr. Broadbent.
