Over 450 participants gathered on Seven Mile Beach for the eighth annual Heart Warriors and Angels Beach Walk.

More than 300 walkers and runners took part in the 7th Annual Heart Warriors and Angels Beach Walk along Seven Mile Beach on Sunday morning. Organisers Team Nolan and the Cayman Heart Foundation say more than $18,000 was raised.

The sixth annual Heart Warriors and Angels Beach Walk, held early on Sunday morning in memory of baby Nolan Rory Evans, who passed away in 2018 from a congenital heart defect, has raised more than $27,000.

Hundreds of walkers took to Seven Mile Beach on Sunday morning for the annual Team Nolan Heart Warriors and Angels Beach Walk.

The second annual Kidfest at Pedro St. James on Saturday raised more than $16,000 and attracted more than 600 attendees, according to organisers.

More than 200 people took part in a beach walk Sunday morning to help raise funds for charities dedicated to helping people with heart conditions.

The Cayman community will come together to mark Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week and to pay tribute to the memory of Nolan Evans and Cristiano McKenzie on Sunday at Seven Mile Public Beach.

Somehow, in the wake of unimaginable tragedy, Ailian and Sean Evans have found a way to move forward. Mr. and Mrs. Evans were the parents of Baby Nolan, who passed away last Jan. 25 after battling the effects of congenital heart defects, and it’s an ache that will always be present.

The community turned out en masse Saturday at Pedro St. James for KidFest, an event held in honor of the memory of baby Nolan Evans.
