Participants and supporters who traveled to Long Beach, California, last week for the World Championships of Performing Arts display their Cayman flags in celebration of the islands’ successes at the competition.

In its first appearance in the World Championships of Performing Arts, the Cayman Islands topped competition.

The Cayman Islands is planning to send a team of performers to the World Championships of Performing Arts in July next year. Video auditions were only accepted until Sept. 30, but there is a last chance for those who want to audition to do so in person.

Performers in the Cayman Islands should take note. Auditions are now open for the World Championships of Performing Arts, otherwise known as WCOPA, to be held in Los Angeles in July 2018.
