Congratulations to Alden McLaughlin for telling it like it is about the problems at the Department of Education.
How could any parent in the Cayman Islands feel comfortable about their child’s education knowing that the leadership did not have the intelligence or ambition to get four containers unloaded?
Keep up the good work. Maybe this attitude will positively influence other Ministers and senior civil servants.
While I am sure the Department of Education is not totally incompetent I also feel they are not alone in needing a little “shake up” in order to do a better job for their customers — the people of the Cayman Islands.
