After trial by judge alone, Matio Dinnal was found Wednesday to be one of the two men who shot at a house in Bodden Town on the night of 29 March this year.
The main witness was Carlos Renton Russell, who said he crawled to a front window to see who was shooting at his house and he recognised Dinall with a nine-millimetre gun. He said he had known the defendant since he was a baby.
The witness named the second man as Phillip Watler, now deceased. Russell described that gun as an AR-15.
Mr. Justice Lloyd Hibbert said he accepted Russell as a witness of truth who was reliable and not mistaken.
His verdict was delivered around 1pm and court was to resume at 2pm for sentencing.
