Two adult males were caught taking marine life from the Rum Point Public Beach Marine Park recently.
According to reports the men were caught taking conch out of season, taking conch in excess of the prescribed legal limit and possessing an unlicensed spear gun.
Department of Environment Scott Slaybough said charges have yet to be laid in the case and as a result he could not comment on the men’s identity or any other personal information.
