Cable Anytime for customers

WestStar
TV has announced that customers can now manage their accounts in a more
flexible manner from home with the new Cable Anytime scheme.

An
advisory said that with Cable Anytime, WestStar customers can view their
account balances online, add or change cable packages, and update their
accounts from their computers.

To
set up your online account, explained the company, be sure to have your account
number on hand, visit weststartv.com, and click on Cable Anytime Sign-in. Click
on the activate your account button on the right of the screen to set up your
pin number. Once that is complete, enter the last six digits of your account
followed by the pin in the appropriate boxes and click on the area marked
login.

WestStar
Director of Operations, Traci Bradley said that it was intended to make things
simpler for the company’s customers.

“We
are trying to make it easier for customers to manage their accounts, save them
time and money, and reduce our impact on the environment. That’s why we’re also
working on adding a bill pay feature,” she noted.

In
addition to checking balances and adding services, with Cable Anytime, people
can also request a cable installation and information about services, she
added.

WestStar
TV Limited provides digital cable television service to the Cayman Islands. It
launched its wireless internet service in 1993 in Grand Cayman, and in 1995 in
Little Cayman and Cayman Brac. The company said that it provides a wide
selection of entertainment, news, children’s, sports, and now HD programming
and there are new products and services on the horizon, according to a
spokesman for the company.

In
addition to its television and broadcast partners, WestStar is a shareholder in
the internet and telephone provider, WestTel Limited.
