Broadband service interruption

Digicel announced Monday that it is
upgrading its broadband service in an effort to serve their customers better.
While the upgrade is taking place, some customers may experience issues with
their broadband service, Digicel said. Engineers are actively working to have
the upgrade completed in the shortest time possible.

The telecom provider urges
customers to contact their customer care representatives by calling 100 if they
have any problems or questions about the upgrade.

Digicel apologises for any
inconvenience this may have caused and wishes to thank its valued customers for
their patience and understanding during this necessary upgrade, the company
said.
