The Cayman Islands Athletic Association is hosting its second development meet of the season on Thursday 9 February at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex starting at 6pm. Talented youngsters like Jeavhon Jackson and Taj Yen who were impressive at a meet in West Bay last week, are expected to compete.
This meet is for age groups 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17 and over.
Events to be contested are: Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Javelin, 100m Hurdles, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m.
