Seafarers social 

The Seafarers Association social will be held at 7.30pm, Tuesday, at the Seafarer’s Hall. Entertainment will be provided by the J.R. Douglas Band. 


Humane Society dinner 

Furball, The Humane Society’s Annual Charity Dinner and Auction, will be held at 7pm Friday at the Marriott Beach Resort. Live music by Suite Elite trio. Tickets $150. Call 949-1461 or 914-9509. 


Prayer breakfast 

A prayer breakfast will be held on behalf of the Lighthouse School at Mary Miller Hall Saturday. Caribbean and continental breakfast, hot drinks and juices. Tickets are $10, available from the Lighthouse School and HSA executive members. Call 927-3372. 


Meeting with bishop 

Bishop S. Austin will be at the Mt. Calvary Deliverance Church of God, which will be hosting a week of meetings with Bishop S. Austin from Tampa, Florida. Meetings will run nightly, from 7.30pm, beginning Sunday. Call 322-1637 or 928-0049. 


Neighbourhood Watch 

A Neighbourhood Watch Programme Meeting will be held at the John A. Cumber Primary School hall Tuesday. Speakers will represent, NWP, Department of Community Affairs, Department of Education, RCIP and D.O.E.H. Email [email protected] for more details.

Gospel concert 

The Cayman Islands Baptist Church hosts award winning gospel artist Nicole Mullen at the church on Pedro Castle Road for two concerts on Friday and Saturday. The concert starts at 7.30pm and is free to attend. Seating starts at 6.30pm. For more information contact Sharon on 326-4677.
