Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic and fun fitness programme. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Energise your body, learns some awesome dance moves and burn calories at the same time.

Group Step

Group Step takes step routines back to their roots: simple to follow moves and great mix of energetic music. It’s an achievable, motivating programme that will boost fitness levels, shape the legs, improve coordination, bone density, posture and agility.

Group Ride

Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling programme is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Group Power

A 60 minute barbell programme involving squats, lunges, presses and curls that will strengthen all your major muscles in an inspiring group environment with awesome music.

Core Strength
