Over the festive season the cricket office received a welcome prize for one of its best young players.
Former Cayman Islands international player Chris Wight brought the glad tidings from cricket enthusiasts Heidi and James Bagnall.
They were providing a laptop to the best essay on cricket topics from any youth cricketer. National Under-19 captain Gregory Davis felt the joy of the season winning the laptop for his outstanding essay on ‘Why I love Cricket’.
Cricket association president Courtney Myles was high in praise of the Bagnalls for their contribution and encouragement to the youngsters and he congratulated Davis on his winning essay.
