Cayman Cookout 2013: Jose Andres, Flying & Cooking

January is culinary month in the Cayman Islands, with this year marked the fifth Annual Cayman Cookout event.

The weekend-long celebration of food and wind featured some of the biggest names in the culinary world and attracted epicureans from near and far.

One of the highlights to launch the Cayman Cookout this time around was Chef Jose Andres arriving on the Seven Mile Beach by jet pack and then launching into a cooking Paella.
