Rotaract Blue is pleased to announce that applications are once again being received for its annual vocational grant.
Rotaract Blue understands the value of vocational development in the Cayman Islands and takes action to create opportunities for young Caymanians to have access to the necessary training and education.
Now in its fifth year, the vocational grant provides young professionals of the Cayman Islands with the opportunity to further their studies at home or abroad.
To be eligible for the Fred Speirs Vocational Grant one must be between 16 and 30 years of age, and enrolled in or have been accepted into a local or overseas vocational/technical skills course, above and supplemental to high school.
Rotaract Blue said the organisation is proud of its vocational grant programme, as it is one of the only grants of this nature available locally.
Anyone interested in pursuing a vocational or technical career and are in need of financial support are invited to download and complete an application for this year’s Fred Speirs Vocational Grant.
The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, 29 March.
