Just in case you haven’t yet made plans, believe it or not, you could still get a seat at one of the islands’ top Easter brunches. Here is the lowdown on the places to go and what to expect.

The Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort
Anchor & Den, at the Marriott’s Beach House, is hosting a special Easter edition of its signature Boulangerie Brunch on Sunday from noon to 3 p.m.
Brunch includes sushi and fresh oysters from Anchor & Den’s popular Raw Bar, authentic Spanish tapas and charcuterie boards, roasted whole local snapper and prime rib at the Carving Station and a mouth-watering dessert bar – just to name a few.
Beverages will include unlimited De Chanceny’s Cremant de Loire, unlimited Jean Luc Colombo Rose Wine, a Pop-Up Bar featuring two signature cocktails, as well as three surprise cocktails from their Grab & Go fridge.
Anchor & Den will also be showcasing a special farm-themed chocolate installation with a bee hive, flowers, owls, bees, honeycombs and Easter eggs. In-house Chocolatier Denise will be creating this impressive work of art from 20 kilograms of white, dark and milk chocolate. And as a special treat, guests will be offered bags of delectable chocolate bark and mixed nuts to take home.
In addition, the Kids Club team will be hosting its Hoppin’ Easter Party. Kids will enjoy crafts and games, special guest appearances from the Easter Bunny and Alice from Wonderland and an Easter egg hunt in the Courtyard.
The Bomboneria will be selling small bags of homemade chocolate eggs for CI$6, along with large Easter eggs full of M&M’s for CI$8.

If you are camping this weekend, and happen to be hanging out in the districts of East End or North Side, you might want to make a booking for brunch at The Wyndham Reef Resort. The buffet includes soup, bread and dip, cold appetizer, hot entrée and dessert stations, with everything from French onion soup and citrus poached shrimp to blackened mahi with lemon butter sauce and prime rib.
The prices are nice, and give diners the option of a brunch with or without bottomless bubbles and mimosas.
The Wyndham has recently upgraded its lobby lounge and outdoor seating, making it a very comfortable tropical resort for both visitors and residents. It is also kid-friendly; the Easter brunch will feature an egg hunt (different times for different age groups) and the Easter Bunny will be hopping around somewhere, eager for pictures.

Views of the beach are pretty much guaranteed when you attend brunch at The Westin, as the restaurant patio is literally a stone’s throw from the sand. This Sunday, the chefs will be adding an Easter-themed station to an already impressive spread, consisting of a raw bar, sushi and dim sum station, breakfast items, carving station, and of course, a beautiful range of desserts.
Diners don’t just have the choice of bubbles – glasses of rosé and a margarita bar are included in the price, along with that Caribbean vista of white sand, azure sea and swaying casuarina trees.
There is limited indoor seating, but why not take advantage of the last of the springtime breezes and book a table on the veranda?

The Ritz-Carlton will offer an English Garden Party Brunch at Seven restaurant, complemented by a gala Alice in Wonderland Easter Brunch in The Royal Ballroom.
With its popular live music, Easter bonnets and “Best Dressed” Easter competition, the resort’s English Garden Party Brunch will be presented in Seven from 12:30-3:30 p.m. on Sunday. Menu highlights will range from caviar, seafood and breakfast favorites to a carving station, flavorful sides, main course selections and a decadent array of desserts.
As further temptation, Alice in Wonderland Easter Brunch in The Royal Ballroom will include charming outdoor enticements, allowing children to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt in the garden while adults try their hand at croquet. With appetites worked up, guests will enjoy a delectable brunch of caviar, seafood, salads, cheese and charcuterie, Asian delights, breakfast favorites and a deviled egg station. Also on the menu: an Argentinian parillada mixed grill, pasta, lobster and calamari paella, roasted chicken, warm specialties from the sea, sides, and a dessert buffet featuring 20 different sweets and a build-your-own ice cream sundae station.
