This Sunday, the chefs will be adding an Easter-themed station to an already impressive spread, consisting of a raw bar, sushi and dim sum station, breakfast items, carving station, and of course, a beautiful range of desserts.

Diners don’t just have the choice of bubbles – glasses of rosé and a margarita bar are included in the price, along with that Caribbean vista of white sand, azure sea and swaying casuarina trees.

There is limited indoor seating, but why not take advantage of the last of the springtime breezes and book a table on the veranda?
