As a 20 year visitor, turned owner 6 years ago and resident last year, Cayman is so special and the people have done such sacrificing to get to this point. Everyone has free choice to get vaccinated ( we are) or chose not to. I hope with a reopening plan, the govt takes a firm stance to protect everyone. At the minimum, if you come to visit, a pre-arrival covid test should stay mandatory. If you live on this island and chose not to be vaccinated, then perhaps the govt requires those individuals to get a weekly covid test at their expense. Or half cost. And, they have a database of who is vaccinated, so if it gets to a point where a lockdown becomes necessary, they would not receive any stipend. That way everyone understands the choices and consequences.
