Police have formally charged a third man in connection with the late-night stabbing at a George Town bar that claimed the life of Randy Kelsey Robinson.
In a statement released on Sunday 14 May, police said the third man, age 28, of George Town is formally charged with one count each of murder and wounding with intent.
News of the charges came three days after his arrest.
Robinson, 37, died after being stabbed. Another man, who also received serious wounds in the same incident, was transported to Cayman Islands Hospital.
Police arrested Sean Jackson, 22, from Bodden Town on Friday, 5 May, and he was later charged with murder and wounding with intent. He appeared in court four days later, where he was remanded in custody and ordered to appear before the Grand Court on 26 May.
The second suspect, who is also of Bodden Town, was arrested on Wednesday 10 May. Two days later he was charged, at which time he made his initial Summary Court appearance.
Detectives continue to seek assistance from the public with information relating to the murder.
In a previous statement, Detective Superintendent Peter Lansdown said police are aware that several people were at the scene at the time of incident, and he appealed to them to come forward.
“Any bit of information that you may be able to offer is valuable to the investigation,” he said.

Police noted that a reward is given for tips which lead to an arrest and charge, that are submitted anonymously via the Cayman Crime Stoppers website.
