Two men have been charged with the burglary of a restaurant on Reverend Blackman Road in West Bay.
On Wednesday morning, 27 Sept., police officers responded to a report that earlier two people had broken into the bar area of the restaurant and taken some items.
Later that day, following inquiries, officers arrested a 43-year-old man from West Bay, on suspicion of burglary in relation to the incident.
During a body search, police found suspected cocaine.
The following day, 28 Sept., officers arrested a second man, aged 31, from West Bay, on suspicion of burglary in relation the incident.
They requested that he take a drugs test, but he refused.
Both men have been formally charged with burglary.
The 43-year-old was also charged with possession of cocaine, and the 31-year-old with failure to provide a specimen of urine.
They appeared in court on Monday, 2 Oct.
