Police have flagged a scam text message that is being circulated in the community advising individuals about late court fees.
The message, the RCIPS said, is purporting to be from Judicial KY and suggests that the recipient owes outstanding fees to the court.
The message, it said, includes a link to review the file.
Police have said that the URL included in the email “is a known malicious site for phishing campaigns” and should not be clicked.
Instead, the RCIPS said the text message should be deleted.
