A man charged with making a bomb hoax did not appear in court Friday because there was no magistrate available to hear the case, according to officials. .
The 35 year old is accused of
calling 911 emergency communications Monday afternoon claiming to be a member
of Jihad and he had planted C4 explosives in the Cayman Islands.
Police arrested the man on
suspicion of making a bomb hoax late Wednesday following an operation in the
West Bay area.
He’s expected to return to court sometime next week.
