A team of 31 athletes across six different sports is gearing up to represent the Cayman Islands at the Central American and Caribbean Games, scheduled for 23 June to 8 July, in San Salvador, El Salvador.
The team, announced by the Cayman Islands Olympic Committee, will compete in athletics, swimming, sailing, volleyball, rugby and netball.
Athletics: Shalysa Wray and Rasheem Brown
Swimming: Kyra Rabess and Connor Macdonald
Sailing: Charlotte Webster and Shane McDermott

Volleyball: Women’s team: Deajra Tulloch and Chlouie Gaetos; men’s team: Casey Santamaria and Jesario Ebanks
Rugby: Andrew Cayasso, Avery Ebanks, Alexander Harvey, Thomas Kehoe, Alexander Locke, Darien Montague, Frederick Robson, Hugo Tyson, Harald Westin and Michael Wilson
Netball: Kathryn Corkish, Charlotte Dowell, Alexcina Fraser, Micah Leon, Shiyan McField, Naihma Ordones Miller, Shanti Singh, Di’Jhaney Valentine, Atira White, Leah White and Rose Wilson
