Red Bay is located in the central-west part of Grand Cayman and overlooks North Sound to the north, and southern sea exposure at Prospect Point to the south. Red Bay houses the Cayman Islands Sailing Club, Red Bay Primary School, Patricks Island, Bonnie View Estates, Omega Bay Estates, Prospect Fort and Montessori by the Sea.
