Believed to be that of missing swimmer
What was believed to be the body of a teenage swimmer missing since Monday afternoon near Pedro St. James Castle was recovered Tuesday by search teams.
Witnesses at Spotts dock said rescue crews brought in a body to the dock around 10.30am Tuesday.
Police, fire and marine unit operations began a full scale search around 4pm Monday when the teen and a friend apparently jumped into the water near the Pedro cliffs on the southern side of Grand Cayman.
One swimmer was found but the other was never recovered and police had to call off the search by nightfall Monday.
