An awesome workout, a chance to win some fabulous prizes and the knowledge you’ll be directly helping Cayman cancer patients and their families – do you need any more reasons to get out of bed on a Saturday morning?
You don’t even have to get up particularly early to join Energy pilates studio for Pilates for Pink. It starts at 10am at the ARC in Camana Bay and those who register will take part in an hour-long heart-pumping, core-crunching bootcamp style workout, with pilates moves, cardio kick boxing and more thrown in. Don’t be scared off – it’s designed to be fun for all levels and last year participants, both male and female, ranged in age from 10 to 65.
It costs $20 to register and for that you get the 60 minutes class, an eco-friendly tote bag, snacks and refreshments and the chance to win prizes – everything from pink champagne to pink yoga mats and stability balls – that will be drawn throughout the workout.
Better still, if you wear pink you’ll be entered in the draw for a two-night stay at the Cotton Tree luxury boutique hotel, plus a three-course dinner at Papagallos. That’s definitely worth getting pretty in pink for, even if you are a man!
All proceeds go to the Cayman Islands Cancer Society to provide financial assistance to patients and their families.
Register in advance at Energy in Cricket Square, or between 9 and 10am on the day, at the pink pre-party.
