Governor Helen Kilpatrick got to spend some time on the highest point of the Cayman Islands, the Bluff on Cayman Brac, during her recent tour of the islands. She flew to Little Cayman and Cayman Brac on Sept. 12 for a whirlwind tour of the Sister Islands. In addition to the Bluff, where she is pictured here with Deputy Premier and Sister Islands representative Moses Kirkconnell, she also visited the Central Caribbean Marine Institute in Little Cayman and the Kirkconnell Community Center, Faith Hospital and Heritage House in Cayman Brac, and met members of the public on both islands.
