Shots fired in George Town

Police are investigating a report of shots fired early Monday near Seymour Drive in George Town.

The shots were reported shortly after midnight near Vic’s Bar.

According to a statement from the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service on Monday afternoon, police searched the area and found a number of spent shells. No arrests have been made.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to call George Town CID at 949-4222. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-8477(TIPS).
